first monday punked

Ever realize that singko (the grade i usually get for recit) sounds like singco (the writer whose book professor sison requires you to read) and sangco (the foremost philippine writer on the subject of torts)?
Pag pinapahirapan ba tayo ng professors natin, is it a violation of any of our constitutionally protected rights? Will such be considered a tortous act or a criminal act on the part of the professor which might give rise to a cause of action? May the professor invoke the defenses of assumption of risk (eh inherent talaga sa law school na papahirapan ka) or avoidance of a greater evil (pag crim case, mas ok na nahirapan ka kaysa umalis ka sa law school na walang alam)? As an employee of the government, will he be entitled to the presumption of regularity in the performance of his duties? :D
Wala lang, usual ramblings ko. /swt /gg

P.S. Apparently the college of law is not a safe place at all :(
